OUR STORY
OUR HISTORY
C and S Company was founded in 1953 by Ken Clark and Tom Stewart. Ken and Tom managed C and S together for several years. When they made the decision to dissolve that partnership, Tom Stewart became the General Manager with Robert D Delaney as the Qualified Employee. When the opportunity presented itself, Robert decided to purchase the company and incorporate it in 1983.
With Las Vegas in a stage of rapid growth, Robert quickly built a solid foundation as a subcontractor for several major contractors such as Las Vegas Paving, Frehner Construction, and Max Rigg Construction. A major focus and strength for Mr. Delaney’s Company was underground utilities. C and S Company, Inc. prides itself on completing many major projects. Some of which were instrumental in growing Las Vegas. Examples include McCarran Airport 2000, Decatur Rehabilitation (NDOT Projects), Russell Interchange, Hemingway Valley Wash, and Tropicana Interchange to name a few.
Stacey and Brad Lindburg purchased C and S Company, Inc. on July 24, 2003. Through Stacey’s vision and Brad’s experience, they have continued to build the company legacy to what it is today. They continue to maintain the original vision of optimism and performance. C and S Company, Inc. continues to perform with trust, honesty, and integrity on every job. Completing jobs efficiently and effectively, they are a perfect complement to any NDOT, RTC, City, County, and private projects.
